playing with aperture, shutter speed and glow sticks.
These pictures were changing the aperture so that one item seems wholly in focus and the other is out of focus. the second picture is supposed to be both pictures in focus.
Even thought it is hard to see there are three pictures here. the first picture was take with a shutter speed of 2 seconds, which exposed the picture to a lot of light for a lot of time. the second picture was taken with a shutter speed of 1/8 of a second which still exposes the picture to a lot of light but for less time. and the final picture was taken with a shutter speed of 1/60 second which limited the amount of time the picture was exposed to light which gave a good picture.
These final pictures were taken in the dark with shutter speeds that varied but were longer than two seconds.
